Best Prices for Ink and Toner Cartridges

I recently ordered some ink cartridges for two printers in the office and a set for my dad's printer which happens to be the same model as one of my ink jet printers. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get a total of 24 compatible cartridges for less than £30, including delivery. Compare this to PC World's current price for one set of four cartridges at £50 for the same printer! I remember being offered a free ink jet printer on two occasions when shopping at Staples. I refused to take them because they are just an expensive overhead and I did not want yet another type of cartridge to stock up on. I think the tip here is to buy the same printer as someone you know and make even bigger savings by buying one type of cartridge in bulk from 365ink. If your father's got a Brother printer get the same Brother printer. If your brother's got your father's old Brother printer, give your old father a new Brother printer incase he still has some spare ink that he didn't give to your brother for his older Brother.

What is the difference between POP3 and IMAP4?

All major email clients allow mailboxes to be accessed via either POP3 or IMAP4. These are two different protocols. On your desktop client, POP3 is downloaded directly from the mail server onto your computer. Your computer will store a "local copy" of the mail, and usually delete it from the server. You can create local folders on your computer to organise the mail, but you won't see these or your mail if you logged in using webmail. Additionally, if you create folders to organise your mail in webmail, you won't be able to access these on your desktop client. Mail will therefore only contribute towards the mailbox limits while it is left undownloaded in the inbox. IMAP4, in contrast, is left on the server (where it will continue contributing towards your mailbox limit). If you create folders/organise your mail in your desktop client, you will see this update when you log in with the webmail client (and vice-versa). Similarily, when you mark a message as "read" in webmail, it will appear "read" in your desktop client. If you're accessing your mail on several different computers, IMAP can therefore be useful.

Quickoffice on your Android and iPhone

Quickoffice on your Android and iPhone

One of the easiest ways to share old files and collaborate with others is to convert them to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. However, not everyone you work with has gone Google yet. So to help, Google Apps for Business can already edit Microsoft Office files using Quickoffice on an iPad, and starting today they can do the same on iPhone and Android devices. From Word to Excel to Powerpoint, you can make quick edits at the airport or from the back of a taxi and save and share everything in Google Drive. Read more >>

I have received a lot of bounce-back emails for emails I didn't send

This can mean that a spammer has gained access to your mailbox and is using it to send spam emails. There are two main ways this can happen: either the password can be guessed by brute force, or it can be captured by malware on a computer it has been used on. You should change the password to something strong and unique immediately and also run antivirus and malware scans on any computer that has been used to connect to the mailbox.
